**Guide to watching Niner games on the internet**

Shop Find 49ers gear online
Some times you'll get luck and the game will be on TV...usually not.

Sunday ticket, a friend with Sunday ticket, or a bar that will show the game like the SF Saloon.

I was wondering, are the 49ers always on the local FOX or CBS channels up in the bay area? Also, is there a way to get the bay area local channels in southern California? (through direc tv or whatever). Or would it just be easier to bite the bullet and get Sunday ticket?

Side Note: I really wish Direc TV would have a plan to where you can watch your teams games and their games only. I think a lot more people would purchase sunday ticket if they could watch their teams games only, at a reduced price. I really don't give a rats a$$ about any other team and dont care to be able to watch every NFL game on sunday.Thats why i dont play fantasy football, because all i do is pick 49er players. I refuse to root for another team just because my a player from another team is on my fantasy team.

Hey Joey. I live in So Cal as well.

There is no easy remedy to watching the Niners in So Cal. Your options are...

• find a stream on the internet. Usually the Webzone posts links to streams in the "games on internet" thread
• go to a sports bar
• buy Sunday ticket

If you have a PS3, you can now get the ticket without having cable. So there ya go.

It's like $300 if I'm not mistaken. Kind of steep IMO.

I live on the west side. The most popular bar here for Niner games is the San Francisco Saloon, but I usually don't go there.

I'm not 100% sure but I think you have to download the NFL thing to your PS3. That way only that PS3 can use it.

wouldn't be surprised if you could download it on multiple, but only have one active at any given time. You'd probaby have to go in and deactivate your PS3, then sign in with your PSN/password on the other PS3 in order to enable the NFL ST on that one. But there is no way in hell you'd be able to share it simultaneously.
Are there any out there? I have been searching on stitcher but have not had any luck? Maybe the webzone should do some podcasts. I remember Oscar and Ricki did some a couple of years ago.
I would love for this as well! Listen to em on the ipod lol or if they available greatly appreciated if ya let me know
