Free Parking. Exit 101 make the first right when you get to the stop sign and continue under 101 away from the park. when you hit the next stop sign make a right and park anywhere

Anyone take the Golden Gate Transit Buses? I am going to take those this season probably from Santa Rosa.
Dude! Its called Candlestick again!
This is getting really ticky-tack, but does anyone have a detailed seating chart that shows how many rows are in each section and how many seats are in each row?

My season tickets got upgraded and I am dying to know exactly where they are.

General Information
The rule of thumb, when choosing seats to a football event, implies that lower level 50-yard line seats are going to be the best seats in the house. As a general rule, middle level and upper level yard line seats between the end zones will be lower in price than the lower level premium seats. Keep in mind, the higher up and further away from the 50-yard line the seats, the more the ticket price will decrease. Prices tend do decrease even further in the corners of a football stadium and further still behind the end zones. Also keep in mind, the best seats will vary from venue to venue and the information given above is based on football ticket prices as a whole. More specific information is provided below for Monster Park.

Lower Box between the 40 Yard Lines (Rows 15-20) – These are the best seats in the house. These seats are in the higher box rows near the 50-yard line with a better overall view of the field. If you're the religious type and you find yourself sitting on the east side of the stadium, you may want to offer an extra tithing to those in power as these are the toughest seats to find tickets for. The east side offers the most extended sunlight when game times permit.

Lower Box Yard Lines (24 Rows) – These seats are as close to the field as you can get without being on the team. These are the best seats for snapping photos up close. You'll hear all the shouts and groans associated with an NFL game from here. The east side offers the most extended sunlight when game times permit. If you sit in the first few rows on the west side of the stadium you may have trouble seeing through the mammoth 49ers bench to get a full view of the field. We recommend looking for seats higher up in this section.

Lower Reserved Yard Lines (22 Rows) – These seats are higher than the boxes with a better overall view of the field. Expect to pay more the closer your seats are to the 50-yard line.

Upper Box Between the 40 Yard-lines (7-8 Rows) - These seats are a step up from the Lower Reserved sections. You don’t have to climb up so far to get to your seats. If you find tickets on the east side in sections 43-47, your doing something right. If you can afford tickets in these sections don't pass them up. These sections are arguably the home of the best seats in the house.

Upper Box Yard Lines (7-8 Rows) - These seats are a step up from the Lower Reserved sections you don’t have to climb up so far to get to your seats, and you’re close to restrooms and concessions.

Upper Reserved (20-24 Rows) - These are the most economical seats you’ll find. Be wary of sections 18 and 28 at this level, a complete view of the field may be obstructed by the protruding press box.

Corners and End Zone Even Numbered Sections – These are the lower priced seats. You get a narrow view of the field, but there is a positive trade-off. When the action is on your end of the field you get 100% of the intensity. Be wary of lower level even sections 2-8. Try not to sit in the back rows of these sections. We only recommend sitting here if you find a reasonable price and simply want to be a part of a 49ers game. You really don't get a chance to see all of the action from these seats.

Corners and End Zone Lower Level Odd Numbered Sections – These offer similar views to the even numbered sections, but there are a few more sections you should avoid, unless you're looking for a bargain price. For the best experience in these sections avoid seats in the back rows of sections 1-21.

^Nah, but thanks, man. I want a seating chart that lists every single seat rather than just sections and rows.
didn't the official name change back to Candlestick?

I'm looking to buy a parking pass from a buddy of mine but he is telling me that the parking pass is for lot YELLOW. Does that mean that I have to park in a certain area only? Because I wanted to tailgate with everybody for Game 1. Help....
The Parking Pass allows you to park in any of the paved lot and the dirt lot on the outskirt of the park. Just get there early enough to secure a parking and you're good to go.

NEW RULES FOR MAIN LOT!!

Just received a letter announcing that if you want to choose the spot to park, you must get into the main lot 3 HOURS BEFORE KICKOFF. If you arrive later than that you will be directed by parking lot personnel to a specific spot and will be required to park in that spot.

This is ridiculous. A lot of people who purchased main lot parking passes will not always be able to get there 3 hours before the game with the result being they may be forced to park a long way from friends.

If you think this is wrong, call the 49er office.
