Someone posted a chart here of the picks from other GM's, and whether they are still on their respective teams. No GM has entire drafts that stick with the team, not even close. If I remember right, Baalke was about the same as most others (but quality is a different story ... lol). You would needs active rosters of 200 players to have everyone stay with your team.

how can they sign him when we never cut him?

another wasted pick by Baalke ....last year we spend a 6th rounder on a QB that was supposed to be developed for future action , (Jeff Driskel ) and then cut him in favor for a QB picked up off the street (Ponder) ..and now we send our 5th rounder from last season packing, an offensive lineman we were supposed to develop also ...Baalke sure wasted a lot of damn picks, lets hope Lynch doesn't waste any picks on injured players for "future action down the road" , we need fast healthy players for the rebuild ....Baalke's draft and develop scheme gave us one of the worst 49ers squads in franchise history , and Jed let it all happen because of his bruised ego

actually we never wanted to lose Driskel. He was taken by Cincy off our practice squad.

Yeah I thought that was foolish to put him on the PS, exposing him to other clubs who recognize his skill set could be groomed for future action , but it sucks we squandered those picks
