What does this have to do with the fact that Lynch was not suspended for DUI and reckless driving after having previous run-ins with the law that got him suspended before while at the same time, Aldon Smith lost 9 games after voluntarily taking himself out for 5 games last year? I'm sure you can understand why a Niner fan would think the Niners got screwed compared to the treatment the Seahawks got on this.

Is it because Lynch is such a great citizen and a stand-up team mate?

No worries, Lisa. I just thought your point was to show that Lynch does get hammered by the NFL and that was equivalent to Smith and the Niners getting tagged with 9 games on top of the 5 from last year which I think is excessive and almost borders on disgraceful considering the fact that some players have gotten 3 game suspensions knocked down to a 1 game suspension for domestic violence and multiple DUI's (I'm looking at you, Brandon Marshall).

I do also think it's strange to compare no suspension for a second DUI with Lynch to 9 games for Smith considering that they broke it down to 5 games for the DUI, especially considering the fact that it wasn't Lynch's first run-in with the league. Does Paul Allen have photos of someone sleeping with a donkey or something?

I agree that it's curious that nothing ever happened with Lynch's DUI . . . .
Although, unless I missed something, I don't think the legal case has ever been resolved/closed - maybe that's why the NFL hasn't taken any action.

As for the links to the fine for not talking ~ just thought the blurb on his "phrases" was kinda funny ("I'm S.R., bruh." is my fav)
