With the addition of Harold, and with Lemonier on the cusp of showing whether he belongs or not, I would just cut Brooks and give those guys a chance. I take his cap figures and use them on someone like Briggs.

San Francisco 49ers linebacker Ahmad Brooks has been accused of sexually assaulting a passed out woman at a then-teammate's home ... according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports.
The woman making the allegations is the same woman who previously claimed she was raped by Ray McDonald ... a former 49ers defensive end .
McDonald had sued the woman for defamation ... after the San Jose PD investigated the allegations but dropped the case due to insufficient evidence.

The woman claims the video will show McDonald's friend Brooks groped her person in a sexual manner. She claims McDonald then carried her up to his bedroom where he had sex with her ... without her consent.
The woman is going after McDonald for assault and battery, false imprisonment and infliction of emotional distress. Ditto for Brooks.

sure he was off last year but down the stretch he made the most clutch plays when the team needed it…solid run defender and at times looked like our best pass rusher (even w/ Aldon in the lineup).

Well he is guilty of breaking a bottle over a team mates head. He's guilty of showing up overweight, pouting about playing time. He's guilty of being overpaid and aging. Innocent or not he created a distraction and this is his 3rd one. wouldnt be surprised if he is a june 1st cut saving like 1.5 mil but having to split 5.5 over 2 years. Next year for sure with 6.5 saved and 3 dead.

If anything is true in what I read today about him and McDonald... its going to be ugly
