Jermichael Finley is very likely to be placed on injured reserve after undergoing knee surgery, league sources told NFL Network insider Jason La Canfora on Wednesday. Finley's surgery Tuesday revealed much more knee damage than expected, and Finley has told teammates he is done for the season.
