This is getting kind of rough. We are 3 days in and only at pick 10. This is only the first rd. This process is going to be grueling come rd 11. I think we need an operating procedure if/when someone selects a taken player. I think we should go to the next team selecting. The owner that made the double pick can make 2 selections the next time it is his/her turn to select. No, out of order selecting..just two picks on their next turn. Thoughts

There is only 1 thing that fixes this. Enforced clocks. Nothing else works. You missing out on your guy because you did not make your selection in time is the only thing that prompts people to check in more frequently.
The person after Chief should have picked already
