Like this kid a whole lot more than the last safety we took from Penn State in the 3rd rd lol. Got two full games in so far and he reminds me a whole lot of Jimmie Ward; in the sense of his smaller frame but contact courage and willingness to hit despite it. He's not as sure of a tackler as Ward but is still good and I think he's got more range of that centerfield type safety that we have all been wanting for years.
Kid literally was a stud center fielder in baseball. Played basketball too and in my opinion both of those sports translate to his play on the field in football. You can see his agility honed from basketball and his center fielder ball tracking skills. His athleticism pops. I think if we picked him a lot of us would be happy; I would be for sure, and a combination of him at FS and Sigle at SS would bring some juice. Mustapha would fit well as that 3rd safety/LB role that we saw Jaiir Brown play.
