I can't remember a draft where we all had no clue what the team was going to do. QB, OL, CB, Edge, Trade. All on the table. Yes they are all on the table every year, but we usually have a pretty good idea which direction they are going to go. Not this year.

I agree. They have several positions that can use an upgrade but it's hard to say which one is more pressing. If they had a top 5 pick then it would almost certainly be a QB but at #12 they could go in any direction. Barring a trade, this might be the perfect year to take the best player available at any of the 4 or 5 positions they could use an upgrade.

I think the Niners have the All If Team.
If JG can stay healthy and return to 2019 form.
If Bosa is ready to return to his 2019 form
If they can find another good edge rusher
If McGlinchey can return to his 2019 form
If the O line can take a step forward with the addition of Mack
If the RBs can stay healthy
If Deebo can stay healthy
If Kittle doesn't get hurt this year
If they can find a suitable backup
If they can draft well
If the defense doesn't miss Saleh
If JG can stay healthy and return to 2019 form.
If Bosa is ready to return to his 2019 form

If McGlinchey can return to his 2019 form

Add : if JL/kyle//Peters are truly picking guys by vote, it has to be a 3 some for any pick...that way nobody can jump up and say, "we gotta have him" way ahead of where he is ranked. I hope that is over and done. Or 2: 1 is fine, but hope they all agree.
But the above is a very true list. The "All If" team. Here's a thot. Had we won Last yr and no injuries, who wouldn't have thot of that Lombardi as an asterisk? Just trying to find some positivity
