Where would Mcglinchey be rated in he was in this draft?

If you look at the last 3 draft, it isn't that easy to just wait until next year to address it. Not to mention, if the 49ers are as good as we expect them to be, we will never be in a position to draft a better replacement for Staley than we are in this year.

Also, where are all the fans who were complaining about how we failed to address the OLine last year and how Kyle doesn't value OLine as much as he should?
