Let's say the cards take Murray with the first pick as reported. Who should we take now?? I know bosa is the bpa but I have seen alot of people falling for Allen. Who would u take at #2??

None of that has anything to do with this situation.

Quarterbacks have to be considered separately. And Ricky Williams, even at the time everyone thought Ditka had completely taken leave of his senses. But the Bo Jackson Eric Dickerson day's are long passed.

Bosa has a narrow lead here with a mere 92% of the votes.

I dont rule out Q. He is a fine player, well worthy of any of the top 3 picks. And teamed with Buckner, an awesome inner line. He was under consideration if Bosa had gone until Allen's recent surge. Now he seems to be largely forgotten by the zone.

My preference is Bosa. But if we get a great offer to trade down just a pick or 2, driven by the qb surge, we could take Q and pick up an edge in the late 1st (by trade up) or with our 2nd.

This thread shows me that the Zone understands we need an edge pass rusher. If someone with the bloodlines of several family members being first round picks and performing, one grabs Bosa. He knows what it is like to be a pro and will be a force that offenses need to account for.

Bosa X 10 if available at 2.

If not, then I would take Allen or potentially trade down but not too far, still need pass rush.

I keep liking Allen more and more. Even his small hands and weaknesses. He says the right things. He will persevere. No Head Trips no egos no gang related. Seems like a blue-collar lunch-bucket kind of guy. He will work out. I think Anthony Barr is his floor really. Somebody else said that already I think

QW>Allen for me too but I understand that maybe we just don't need him as much. Would be great to see deforest and qw next to each just like stubblefield and BY except I believe these guys wood have more upside than even them.
