He is probably my favorite DB in this class, he's a playmaker in the secondary this team could definitely use..Listed at 6 ft 200 lbs..

I think WR is the pick in the 2nd, doubt Rapp falls the 3rd but if so a draft of Bosa, Harry or Deebo and Rapp in the 1st three rounds would be amazing ! But it's doubtful

It's funny how 40 time still has an affect on players, if a dude can play he can play, look at what 40 time being a main component did fit the raiders, and for me at FS it's not ably being fast it's about playing the ball righg and angles, you play the angles correctly then catching up and being fast will not matter, you think Ed Reed was great Bc of speed ? No he was great Bc he diagnosed the plays and took the correct angles..

Todd McShay did a "best case" three round draft. The idea was to do a draft where he would give every team an A. His draft for the Niners was

Round 1 (2): Nick Bosa, DE, Ohio State
Round 2 (36): Taylor Rapp, S, Washington
Round 3 (67): Terry McLaurin, WR, Ohio State

I think I'd be pretty happy with that.

You're right about instincts and smarts for a FS, but you have to be able to keep up physically. Ed Reed was a good athlete and ran in the 4.5's. If that was the best Rapp can do while healthy, it will really hurt his stock going into the draft. He still is a good player, but now teams will think twice when they are on the clock.

I think he could be a good pick on day 2. We'll see. Pete seems to be interested, even if the scouts look disappointed at the time.

Rapp doesnt excite me but he seems to have a high floor. Wouldn't hate getting him. Hopefully hes available in the 3rd.
