Nick not our pick.

That's the dumbest, most random thing I've heard today, and I teach high school.

Younger Manning won 2 SBs before his brother

Correct. I believe Dakota Watson has been using #97 the last two seasons
Can't wait for us to pass on Bosa and trade down and draft Allen instead

Would be interesting if Murray goes first and Lynch pulls off a Solomon special: SF swaps with NYJ, Jets take Bosa, 49ers take QW. Who knows, maybe Simms' recent comments about Allen are meant to make NYJ more desperate to get a Bosa if there's a chance.

You can dig it . . . when you're livin' in a van down by the river.

That's ridiculous. He was a true sophomore and playing limited snaps. He put up numbers similar to what Aaron Donald did last year.

He averaged less sacks per snap to Donald last year.
He averaged more hurries and hits per snap to Donald last year.

The idea that he wasn't showing things on tape that popped is ridiculous.

He missed a chunk of this season where he was starting to show another level of play but yet people want to go back to his early tape from his 2nd season playing as proof of why he's overrated?

It's not a typical circumstance but he was rated as the #1 prospect because of what he did and the projection of how he would improve as a junior with more playing time.

You can complain about his competition but you play who you play. He had 4 sacks, 6 TFL in 3 games. He was straight up dominating before his injury.
so now you are comparing him against college opponents to Donald against NFL opposition?

Why not? If people claim Bosa didn't do anything impressive in college yet his numbers per snap match up with the defensive player of the year?
Bosa has Niner written all over him.

Someone else brought this up earlier, along with Willie McGinest's take on Bosa and it should tell you as much as Kyle Long saying Solomon Thomas was the best player in the draft in 2017.

NFL players know the game very well but they're not better than scouts, in fact I highly doubt Woody or McGinest actually sat down and watched Nick's film. I'm pretty certain they throw on the highlights and check the stats like most casual draft followers. They don't get paid for their draft breakdowns. If Bosa goes on to win DROY and then defensive MVP on to a HOF career nobody will fire them.

And guys have their own bias. Bill Polian/Charlie Casserly whichever old white GM it was talking about Dwayne Haskins as being a mobile QB is a perfect example.

The film shows while he may not be Von Miller, he's got plenty of athletic ability to go with the hands, the technique. Maybe he won't be someone breaking the sack record but he'd be someone other teams fear.

So basically what you are saying is that if their opinion does not match yours, they are casual draft followers and don't actually watch film but highlights, yet they are actually paid to be analyst, but since you say that's how it is I guess you must be right then, If someone else's opinion does not mirror yours, you don't actually have to put them down, they are allowed to have a different opinion to you and it was Stephen A Smith that called Haskins a mobile quarterback and not Polian or Casserly.

I was wrong about who said the Haskins thing. Still was said by a "paid analyst"

But what I said was those guys have biases like we all do and what they don't get paid for are their draft predictions. Scouts bomb on their rankings and they lose their jobs. So do GMs and coaches. Willie McGinest, Damien Woody aren't paid for their draft evaluations.

You're not allowed to like multiple players! Why can't you be difficult and unreasonable like the rest of us?
