Carlton Davis 👀👀👀
Josh Allen runs a 4.76. Welcome Cleveland Browns.

Watch the arc on Allen's deep ball. It will be unlike anyone else.

longer arms than Jackson

What happened to long arms and 200 pounds? I was a lot more excited about Denzel Ward before this. The height is a little better than expected though.

Doesn't look like any CB will be worth the 9th pick since Jackson doesn't have exceptional height or length and isn't the athlete Ward is.

4? If Allen emerges as elite, wouldn't they be better off drafting Barkley at 1 and picking Allen, Rosen, or Darnold at 4? Just don't see enough of a gap between Allen and those other QBs to justify passing up on Barkley who will be gone by 4.

At 183, Ward is more of a slot defender. Jackson in better position at 196 pounds.

Biggest arm since? Jamarcus?

Who said he was gonna be 200 lbs?

That will be the big discussion. If they have the QBs lumped together at the top of their board, it is more likely that Barkley goes number one. If there is any gap, they have to go QB at 1, because RBs last in the league 8 years, if you are lucky, but 15+ years for franchise QBs.

Does somebody move up for him? That's the gamble Cle has to think about. After missing on top QB's 2 years in a row, they cant do it again.

I know you're in Browns country so you may be clued in to their preferences but don't they have to go QB at 1? If they settle for their 2nd or 3rd choice at QB and the QB(s) taken ahead of them end up being studs....I don't see how even the Browns would live that down.
