100% Agree. We will sign a #1 corner in FA and add a guy in the 3rd or 4th rd IMO. I was eying JC Jackson and Alexander in the 3rd but they both will be 2nd rd picks now. Would love to grab Carlton Davis in the 3rd...

Rich Eisen almost as fast as Orlando Brown....lol

goddell is faster than Brown too never seen someone bomb so hard at the combine.

What makes it funnier is the ticker on NFLN still showing Brown as Mayock's #2 T.

Game film wise Brown is great. Testing wise he was embarrassing

Maybe he's just a good football player

I dont think we should blow the draft capital (3rd-4th) on a CB when we have nothing at SS/FS (depth) long term. Ward could be gone and Tartt is on his last year. If we go DB I hope its on the back end. The safety class looked a lot better overall. I still want Kyzir White.

After today, lets take Nelson or Ridley if we stay put.

I thought James Chancellor was looking pretty good for a rookie SS, before he got hurt. He would essentially back up both spots, because he could play SS and move Tartt over to FS if Colbert goes down.

We need help on the back end. I dont trust Tartt at FS and I have no idea what a new contract would look like for him.

Lol Ridley. No. He's not even WR1 for me anymore.

DJ holding that spot?

Yep. His athletic testing was through the roof and he's only 20 years old at 6'0" 210 running a 4.43 easy number 1 for me.

Hard to argue against that. I had him at #2 but I didn't think he was gonna test that well. I knew he would have some good weight to him but his speed was a pleasant surprise

Giesecki (spelling?) is a freak

I don't usually promote drafting a tight end early.
But when I do, I prefer Gesicki.

Tartt played FS after Ward went down, and he was good at it. He'll get extended by the team. I'd never pretend to be 100% sure of what the team will do, but all reports indicate that they love him, and they haven't been shy with recent contracts, so the only way he leaves is if he wants out, imo.

Tartt was FS when Ward started off the season injured (Tartt/Reid). When Ward came back, it was Ward and Reid. When Reid got injured it was Ward and Tartt (SS). When Reid came back, the team put him at WILL. Ward got injured and it was Colbert and Tartt for one game. Then Tartt got injured and it was Colbert/Reid.
