Frankie just screwed his draft stock BAD,stay in school kid,you come out now and you`ll be the second coming of Blaine Gabbert,can`t handle the pass rush,the big stage is not his friend,He looks RAW and SHAKEY under pressure.....stay in school.

3 likely, 4 maybe, 5 you never know seeing how a qb can turn a team completely around

4 teams in the top 6 need a QB!

I dont see how its a mistake if he knows he will be going 1st or 2nd in the draft. If he goes to NY he can sit and learn behind Eli for a year assuming Manning comes back.

I think last year people were surprised at how quickly QBs cane off the board, and the aggressiveness teams displayed trading up to get them.
Jury was out on Mahomes and Watson in particular...the fact that they played well probably encourages teams to be aggressive again and take chances on Mayfield and Jackson.

You think Mayfield goes that high? I'd bet on Rosen, Darnold, and Allen. Jackson is a little more of a wild card, but I think he may go top 15. I could see anywhere from 2 QBs going top 15 of Darnold doesn't declare (Rosen, Allen) to 5 if he does declare and teams talk themselves into Jackson and Mayfield. Mayfield probably needs to measure 6'1 though.

I think Mayfield will measure under 6, but a team could talk themselves into him. Look what he did to Ohio State compared to Darnold. I'd take Darnold over him, but you get it.
Of course, Mayfield still has 1-2 games to play....if he plays like Watson last playoffs, he's probably top 10

That depends on how Darnold reads the situation. Last year, with a veteran offensive line protecting him and blocking for the run game, he was lights out. Even with the turnovers and his overall performance this season, he is a consensus top 5 pick. Is he willing to wait another year for his payday? We shall see.

I don't think Darnold can take that risk, he is hot garbage and should jump at the opportunity to be taken in the top 5.

I watched him really for the first time the other night. He definitely makes some "wow" plays but other times looks like no chance he translates to NFL. Needs to stay at least another year.
