Trading back and snaggimg jackson is the ideal scenario in my world

Id be happy with Ward or Jackson. There is no doubt that corner is the biggest need for this team although that can change depending on free agency

We'll lose him if we trade back - we'll have to take him at #10 if we want him.

I'd take Ward 1A and Jackson 1B.

Only players I would take over them would be:

Minkah
Chubb
Maybe Nelson

Ward is a little undersized - Jackson is the ideal size.

Would not be mad if we drafted Jackson, guy is a playmaker.

Yea I dont see us goin after Ward we want 6'1-6'3 type CB's ...From what I've seen Ward is 5'10 or 5'11 ...

Ability > size. Ward plays big. I'd be good with either player. But no question IMO Ward is the better player lb for lb or inch for inch.

We can take ideal size or ideal athleticism. Neither one is the complete package like Marshon Lattimore/Patrick Peterson. I don't think either would be the BPA at 9 or 10 over guys like Edmunds.

To me Jackson has moved past Edmunds at #10.
Id be surprised if the go CB with their first. There is so much more FA options at CB than there are DE options.

If they can lock up OL and CB in FA, I can see them trading down and targeting DE like Davenport or Landry.

Should go BPA and not draft off need. If Landry is BPA that's perfect but don't let needs drive the pick unless it's close.
Probably the wrong place, but does anyone think we just start Ward/Witherspoon at CB. Maybe draft a 3rd rounder to groom. Thought the back end played pretty well with jaquiski tartt/Adrian Colbert. Just a thought...
