You don't draft a guy early to teach him how to play quarterback. That is how busts happen.
People try to compare Allen to Wentz but the reality is that Wentz, even with his questionable footwork, was a far more polished quarterback. Allen doesn't appear to have progressed an iota from where he was a year ago.
