Probably not a match for the 49ers and Shanahan's offense but I expect to see Flowers move way up the boards through this upcoming season. In terms of pure passing ability I like him better than Lamar Jackson right now. He's undersized but I see a guy that is a prototypical running QB who has actually shown real improvement as a passer from the pocket to go along with his outstanding running ability. If that continues into this season, I can see his stock jumping way up. He could potentially be a very good fit for teams like Pittsburgh or Arizona if he can continue to progress as a passer.

Why Pittsburgh or Arizona? Right now they have offenses built around pocket passers.

I can see both showing interest in a mobile passer who fits their vertical passing offense. The Cards previously showed a lot of interest in Dak Prescott. If Flowers can show substantial improvement as a passer, he could peak their interest.
