1. Heard numerous times that Charles Harris moved really well in linebacker drills and is versatile enough that he'll go in the first round. Takk McKinley should be there given he'll have to miss some time recovering from shoulder surgery so I wouldn't mind seeing him there instead of Harris.
2. No chance Garrett makes it to #2. Whether the Browns pick him or trade out of the spot to draft a QB later, he's going to be the #1 overall pick.
3. That trade isn't happening. No one is giving up a future 1st and 2nd round pick to move up 4-5 spots for a QB in this draft. Watson was the #3 rated QB going into the combine and his stock got a bump, but there isn't a single standout QB in this draft. We're more likely to get a 2nd round pick from that trade than a future 1st from a bad team.
There just isn't a huge gap in talent between whoever gets drafted 2nd overall and whoever will be there at 6 or 7 which is why so many of us want to trade back. Your trade scenario could still happen where we draft Hooker at 6 or 7 and trade the pick we gained plus our 2nd round pick to move up for Corey Davis. We just wouldn't have an extra first round pick next year. I'd still make that trade if Garrett is off the board. You can still get a QB or pick up one of the top safeties at 6 or 7.
