NFL Media draft analyst Daniel Jeremiah writes that UCLA CB Fabian Moreau "would be a no-brainer first-round pick in most years."
While Jeremiah sees him as a first-round talent, he thinks the 6-foot, 206-pounder will be pushed down to the second round in this year's draft. Draft Analyst's Tony Pauline likewise sees him as a second-round selection, believing he will be swept off the board somewhere in the first 15 picks on Day 2. The first round is not completely out of play, though. Moreau crushed the Combine with a 4.35-second run in the 40-yard dash, a 38-inch vertical leap and a 136-inch effort in the broad jump. Writes Jeremiah, "For those picking outside the top 5, this is the perfect year to trade down and accumulate extra picks in the second and third rounds."
