Do we own the first pick in the second round?

Just wondering, do we have the first pick in the second round? It's considered a power pick since teams have a night to reshuffle their boards. I was thinking that the second team picks first in the second round. Is that correct?

Only if we were tied with Cleveland. This year we would've had the 1st pick in the 1st round and Cleveland would have the 1st in the 2nd round.
