The catch on that back shoulder ball was impressive for a RB. He doesn't appear to run particularly hard, and his balance is nothing special, but dude gets gone in a hurry. Vision seems good enough.

He can run hard when he wants to. Just how he boulders through two defenders at the goal line. It is apparent that he prefers to avoid contact and yea his balance does seem shaky. Looks perfect for a zone read scheme

Workout warrior without any real instincts for the position. He'll likely get drafted earlier than he should be based on his athleticism.

I really like this kid and hes 2 yrs removed from a torn ACL and running as fast as ever..was also stuck behind Gurley, Chubb, and Michel..would be a nice change of pace from hyde..but hes not worth any higher then a 4 rd pick in my eyes..

yup this sounds about right...only 250 attempts in 4 years. If he's there in the 6th I think it would be a good pickup but like you said he will be over drafted because of athleticism.

His 40 time doesn't translate into "game speed".
Tyler Ervin looks way faster.

"Stuck behind Gurley, Chubb, and Michel"
He was stuck behind them cause he never met his potential. And just wasn't good. He was in the same class as Gurley, and was considered the #1 RB in the class (Gurley was about the #5 rated RB). And yet was outperformed by Gurley, Chubb, and Michel who were all younger and lower ranked recruits.
Even with all the injuries to Gurley, Chubb, and Michel he could only run for 1,379 yards (more than half coming his freshman year (759 yards)).

Great input, didn't know he was a blue chip..Even though he was benched for a Todd Gurley and Chubb shouldn't put his capability in question those are both superstar talents. I'm not saying Marshall is the next greatest thing. But I'd take home over Henry any day

yeah great info..i would have thought Gurley was a bigger recruit then Marshall considering how great Gurley is..thanks
