He is talented but so are other players still there at 7 in positions of need. I'd be surprised if Ramsey is the pick. CB/S is lower on priorities than OL, DL, QB, LB and WR and there will be a top prospect on the board at one or more of those positions when we are on the clock

I think Goff would be an absolute beast in Kelly's offense. His accuracy, ball placement and pocket presence in that scheme would be lethal. I think he and Wentz would both be good fits for various reasons but that Goff could become something truly special as his strengths fit what Kelly likes to do.

I like treadwell, reminds me of a mix of Jeffery and Dez....7 might be a little high I wouldn't be suprised if Coleman jumps him after the combine. Defense should be the pick at 7 IMO

Wentz, Goff, Lynch, Tunsil, Stanley, Ramsey go in the top 6 leaving Bosa, Treadwell, or Buckner to fall into our laps.

Agree with everything you said but..... Of chip could go back I doubt he would trade for Bradford I think Bradford playing quarterback last year showed how important mobility is in his offense. Passing wise yes Goff would be great but I doubt his Mobility to really make the offense click at optimum level

Different strengths but both guys have quick releases, both guys show patience in the pocket and appear to have very good QB IQ and awareness. Wentz has a bigger arm and is more athletic, Goff though younger, is more polished, has better footwork and accuracy.


Wentz's biggest issue is his footwork which needs a lot of improvement. It is quite correctable and as he improves his footwork, his accuracy should see a corresponding improvement. Wentz has the bigger arm and thus a higher margin for error but Goff is the more polished passer right now.


I think if you run a vertical passing offense, Wentz is your guy. If you run a WCO or timing offense, Goff is your ideal fit. However they both are pretty good prospects that can fit into various systems. Either one could work well in Kelly's offense but I see Goff as the better fit.

3. Chargers - OT Stanley
4. Cowboys - QB Wentz
5. Jaguars - DE Bosa
6. Ravens - DB Ramsey

7. Niners - DE Buckner/LB Jack
