Aaron Lynch probably should only be playing on passing downs. He finished the season with 38 tackles and 6.5 sacks. I think a starter should be better at stopping the run. I know out defense if designed for the ILBs to make more tackles and the OLBs pressure the QB. But he had games where he had 1 or 2 tackles and no sacks. I think we should find a OLB better at stopping the run and use lynch on 3rd down or as a de when we use a 4/3 front. The second point a KR/PR is almost a starting position and we should have someone that is a threat to score every time he touches the ball. A Jalin Marshall or another dynamic returner needs to be drafted in round 5/6 for that purpose, Ellington hasn't shown play making ability there or at Wr. All he's down is holding up a roster space. We need a actual speed receiver that actually has speed like Antonio brown or Emmanuel sanders.

How many returns does Marshall have? I'm not an OSU fan but the few games I did see, I haven't seen him take one to the house...
