First things first, clean sweep this staff. Keep Rathman that is all. Head Coach Hire: Very debatable, but we hire Josh McDaniels. He was very young in his first stint, but since has obviously improved as a potential coach candidate by his consistent greatness as an OC. I understand the man has Tom Brady, but eventually you have to give the coordinator credit. He's damn good and I think with another chance could be a damn good coach. and also, if we hire him, maybe we could get a Mike McCoy at OC? I don't know. Sounds nice though. GM Hire: Anyone running personnel type things at a level lower than GM in a place like Green Bay, Denver, New England, etc. Clearly these guys have learned, and I'd choose Green Bay type guy only because it's clear they build through the draft and know talent. Players Cut: Antoine Bethea. He is too old and too slow. Sure, he is a leader, but eventually when you draft a guy like Tartt, you have to take on field ability over locker room ability. Which isn't to say Tartt isn't a good kid, just isn't a vet. Obviously. Eric Pears: Please, get this guy far away from Santa Clara. He's awful. I don't care if we have to give him a million, give it and go. He has been horrific. Re-Sign: Dawson, Boone, Williams, Celek, Tiller (why not, he could still improve and isn't half bad.) Off-Season Acquisitions: This will be important towards the future so, let's put our money where our mouth is. 4 yrs 20 Mil QB Chase Daniel: I understand he really has no experience in the NFL and at 29, he has only thrown a touchdown. But, he has been behind Alex most of his career and I really think could be a good starter and teacher to the QB we draft. 4 years 22 Mil WR Marvin Jones: This kid is good. He is pretty young (25), and can ball out. He could be a great weapon beside Torrey and would be fun to watch for us. 6yrs 90 Mil DE Muhammed Wilkerson: 15 mil a year with maybe like 55 mil guaranteed, because well, this dude is a beast. He would absolutely change this defense from Day 1, and help out any pass rusher like Lynch, Harold, or someone we sign/draft. He's too damn good to not throw a bunch at with this money. 3 years 18 mil OLB Nick Perry: He is a solid pass rusher and an upgrade clearly over anyone else we could think of. He would bring a pass rush and get his start. 2 years 10 mil G Evan Mathis: He is still too damn good. Very consistent and a great blocker. On a veteran type deal could prove to be a massive upgrade over obviously anyone, but this would be our only OL signee, assuming Anthony Davis returns and plays reasonably well. 3 years 9 mil ILB Craig Robertson: Good coverage and fill in upgrade over Wilhoite and would compete with Hodges. Like him a lot at 3 mil a year. Draft: 1st round: QB Jared Goff, Cal: Been obsessed with this guy since Day 1. He has struggled at times this year, and really has been forcing some throws, but you can't help but love his intangibles and unteachable abilities. He's the real deal. Cal never fails to produce NFL talent and I don't think that trend will stop with this kid. Future star. 2nd round: WR Tyler Boyd, Pitt: Off the field issues have made him a 2nd round pick, but lets give Goff his first weapon for the future. Tyler Boyd is unbelievably talented and a #1 wide receiver in the future. He has all the tools and has some college immaturity stuff that has hindered him, but that shouldn't overshadow his talent, considering Winston went #1. 3rd round: RB CJ Prosise, ND: Read this on another mock and really thought he wasn't worth a 3rd rounder having Hyde, but after watching him, he's everything worth a 3rd round pick. He is damn good and at 6'1 with that speed you can't pass it up. I love this kid and think he could be an animal in this league. 4th round: OT Denver Kirkland, Arkansas: Big, good lineman with some raw talent but an upgrade over Brown and a future starter either tackle position. Was a 4 star recruit as well I like this kid. 5th round: CB Cyrus Jones, Alabama: Good corner coming out of high school, hasn't exactly been a shut down, top corner in the nation but he can do it all. Very fluent corner and especially return man. Would make a huge splash in the return game. 6th round: FS DeAndre Houston-Carson, William & Mary: Big, 6'1 Safety who was dominant at cornerback before he switched his senior year. This kid could prove to be a steal, and a better coverage safety than the likes of Reid. Still young and raw, but could prove to be a beast. Info: Not exactly sure how many picks we have from other teams really, but I just picked with our picks. Hope you guys liked. Could be a dream type off season but hey, we do know there is nightmare type off seasons like last year, so why no dreams?

Win with class = no Tyler Boyd. If this team passed on DGB and Marcus Peters last year no way we will change in a year.

Yeah I get that, but considering we have to because this guy is the real deal and WR wasn't a HUGE need last year, I think we have to. Coming into next year we will be faced with needing a wide receiver. I would be content with him or michael thomas.

Josh McDaniels ain't comin here. The Chargers are having a down year, but their roster sucks. That's not McCoy's fault.

GM suggestions, proof fans don't really know how involved, what responsibilities for everyone involved. There are countless examples of future GMs that came from winning organizations only to flame out as the #1 guy.

Evan Mathis has been mediocre and he's old. Saw him get pancaked Marcus Martin style is this last game. Nick Perry is not that good and I believe Chase Daniel has already signed an extension with KC.

I like your coach and draft, but not a fan of the FA additions.

Lack of Talent in San Diego? Ehh, I don't think so. They have a lot of talent there and he is underperforming as a coach. They have a far more talented roster than us.

i can guarentee a lot of experienced HC wont come here with baalke if we keep baalke which jed will do for at the very least another season then if we get a new HC it iwll ave to be a young more inexperianced guy

Don't get me wrong I love Boyd. Just the "win with class" thing is how they wanna do things. Even though our 2 best players Hyde and Lynch had off field issues prior to the draft....

Love the head coach you grabbed (even though it's highly unlikely) this would be and has been Baalke's pick for years (FYI Baalke isn't going anywhere for at least another year IMO).

Like the re-signs not much different then what everyone else thinks...is Davis coming back that's the question?

HATE the FA pickups...rather just keep Kap or Gabby over giving Chase that much cash and why does everyone have such a hard on for Perry?? No point in drafting Boyd if you sign Jones.

I don't understand the Chase Daniels signing. Why would we do that when we can keep Gabbert at half that cost, and he already knows the system.

I think Wilkerson is a great player, but not a cap busting player. In my eyes, only a handful defensive of players are worth ruining your cap for. JJ Watt, Von Miller to name a few.

I like the Nick Perry and Marvin Jones signings though. These guys are boom/bust types so given a chance they may end up being very good signings.
