I assume we'll be drafting a kicker in 2016. Roberto Aguayo is basically THE kicker in this draft from what I can tell. What round do we get him? Would you be mad with using a 5th round pick on him?

I would try and trade down in the 2nd round, gain an extra pick, then take him late with that 2nd rounder..
We'll be set for the next 10 years..

I've seen a bit of him, and I have to say I wasn't as impressed as most. Not much of a force blocking for a big guy, and he doesn't seem extremely light on his feet.

The difference between the two huge DE's is amazing
Oakman looks and sounds like he is ready to lead the nation and Buckner is soft spoken and looks like a hard worker, but if I were drafting
I go with Oakman right now.
Shawn Oakman, DE, Baylor (6-8, 278): The Penn State transfer, who had 18.5 tackles for loss and 10 sacks last season, would have been a top pick this year. Read more at http://www.49erswebzone.com/forum/nfl-draft/182364-2016-top-prospects-watch/#HsVF8bE3XA9fsh3O.99
DeForest Buckner, DE, Oregon (6-foot-6, 286 pounds): In 41 career games, he's made 148 tackles, 18.5 tackles for loss and 7.5 sacks with two forced fumbles. Read more at http://www.49erswebzone.com/forum/nfl-draft/182364-2016-top-prospects-watch/#EjMqOMh4PtVSehLB.99

I'd do it. This kids a beast and would save us money while upgrading a position. There's even precedent for drafting a kicker early. The Eagles took Alex Henry in the fourth round in 2011.

Seabass, too...would love this kicker (Aguayo) in the 4th...unless he tanks this season. But, he does look special.

I say we trade down in the 2nd round ( to gain more picks ) and then take Aguayo...
If you think about it, we just need him as a FG kicker.. we have Pinion who is a bigger and better athlete that can do KO for us so that we can prevent Aguayo from getting hurt while covering..

Yep, huge fan of his.
WR Tyler Boyd of Pitt, a possible 1st rounder, got a DUI and is entering 1st time offender diversion program.

for everyone who will be watching Jared Goff more intently this season, I recommend you keep an eye on WR Kenny Lawler (#4)

Jordan Lucas 6'0 199 CB/S Penn State
Not seeing much buzz on him as of now but considering how we've gone for physical players in the secondary recently Jordan Lucas is a name to watch.
