My best/last Mock

I think this will be my last mock since this is probably the best draft scenario I can come up with. There are no trades in this one. It's just a straightforward mock with all the picks we already have. ROUND 1 Pick 15: Brandon Scherff - OT - IOWA If we stay pat at 15, then solidifying our O line is a must. That was our strength during the 3 NFC title runs. And we need to get back to our core strengths. If not Scherff then there will be other viable candidates available like Collins or possibly Peat. But this guy is just a beast... check him out on the link below. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TS9Hq4bdFY0 ROUND 2 - Pick 14: Paul Dawson - ILB - TCU He may not be the most athletic linebacker available but I do think he is one of the more instinctual ones. He makes plays in critical moments of the game. I like him. I don't think he'll be there in the third, and since there's no trades in this mock, I'm just going to put him in the 2nd. Great burst, change of direction. This guy would've been a 1st round pick. His injury drops him this far. And if Ifo is already gone, another kid that would've gone higher had it not been for his off-field incidents is Josh Shaw from USC. he could be a good pick here too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xcui8k0DLMA Comp Pick: Lynden Trail - DE - Norfolk This guy can be a steal here in the 4th. I see him similar to the Lynch pick from last year. He's 6'7 and 269. He's raw but I think you could even beef him up a little more and have him compete with tank for Cowboy's spot. This guy is explosive. I think he may not be there in the fifth. But I'm crossing my fingers he is because I tjhink he would be a great pick up here. If Bell's gone Dezmin Lewis would be my choice here. I fully expect him to be looking safety in this draft. I think Amos is one of the best values in the later rounds. He's considered one of the more fluid throwers in the late rounds. He's athletic and runs the option. Watched the highlight tape off Brandon Scherff dude looks like a mauler. But a first round OT who spot is he going to take A. Davis or J. Staley might be a better idea to wait till the later rounds a 1st rounder you are going to want to come in and be a starter I don't think that will happen. OG maybe.

No D-line help til tha 4th round

I just cant get behind any of this .... 1st round OT we dont need wasted pick , 4th round small CB when its kinda clear we like and want 6 foot+ CB's ...

Bro.. I hear you but we do have a lot of dline. There's Ian Williams, Dorsey, Dockett, Dial, Carradine, Ramsey, Cowboy hasn't retired. If you don't go dline in the first you might as well wait because they won't go ahead of Carradine Dockett and Dorsey on the depth chart.

I know people think we need a lot of corner help but we did draft 3 of em.last year. Brock is coming back. We have Dontae. Reaser and Acker aren't small. Not all cbs are gonna be six feet plus. In the fourth .. for the value I like Ifo.. I think he.would.be a much better nickel corner than ward. Ward was pretty awful.

And you're kidding yourself if.you.don't think we need.to.go oline.. with all the.injuries that happened last year.. we had no.depth..that and it's probably Boones last year here too.

Like a lot of your late picks - Trail, Amos, Bennett and Zenner. Doubt if Scherff makes it to #15 and Ajayi probably doesn't get out of Rd 2.

I like all the picks, gives us players of need at all positions. Hadn't heard of most those guys but after watching their highlights I like the picks. Only one that I'm not sold on is Dawson. I was thinkin in the second we grab Perryman or Anthony assuming they're still there. Other then that great draft!

I love the Brandon Scherff pick. Nobody'd see it coming. But what do you do w/ Staley? Trade him?

Edit: never mind. He'll Staley will probably retire or get arrested for rape or espionage or something w/ our luck this offseason.

6 foot + cb's is damn right. We'll be up against that little b***h Russell Wilson throwing up jump balls to graham all day. Hopefully bethea knocks his f**kin head off this year. Graham hasn't even suited up yet as a Seahawk and I already f**king hate him almost on a Richard Sherman level.

A lot of Scherff pancakes were guys with a 20-something on their jerseys....I want to see him pancake guys with 90-something on their jersey. Actually, though, he looks like he's got a great mean streak. Want.

I don't expect him to be there at 15, but he'd be one of the few players who would be more than worth that pick IMO.

Sheriff > Waynes > Goldman > Parker > Shelton
