NYniner85 mock draft 2.0 with trades

Love that Dezmin Lewis pick, got him in my mock too. It would be outstanding if we could grab him in the fourth.

Overall solid mock ( but i would take a OG/OT earlier ).

I grabbing bell in FA he would be our new swing tackle and Mitch can fight it out with the other 3 Linemen that will be fighting for one spot.

Really good good mock. Nice job. I like the bpa in the first. He kicks ass but hope we don't miss out on that wr in the second. I think we pick up a wr in the first unless the big 3 are gone then its going to be more like what you said

Yeah ultimately I'd prefer to grab one of the top 3 even if we would have to move up a couple spots...I'm high on Smith and I think he is a perfect compliment to Kap. Great down-field threat (arguably best in college).I think he would open the field and we have a good WR coach to help him learn better routes. Only 33 rec this past season (OSU was 70th in pass attempts) and 12 of those went for TDs, sounds like a play maker to me

I used the Cbssports big draft board and actually the only reach I had was Dupree. He might not be there, but there are a ton of good pass rushers and he is a little more raw then some of the other prospects (if someone falls I'd think it would be him). Jones was actually projected lower than the 69th pick ( I want to say in the late 70's) so that's kinda how I based it.

Really like your draft, moving down to #25, Dupree, Smith, Ajayi and Jones. Have really liked Byron Jones for awhile, back when he was projected 5th/6th Rd, actually believe now he could go as early as top of 2nd Rd, if not there in the 3rd, my 2nd choice would be Alex Carter, but he may be gone by then as well. Would love Dupree, he might go early 20s, i.e. Bengals. If Dupree not there, could see Baalke taking Preston Smith at #25, a little bit of a reach, but not sure if he's still on the board in the 2nd at #46. Ajayi is my fave RB, with Langford a close 2nd. Also like the Morse & Lewis picks. Would love it if this happened Draft Day.

Yeah I was looking at Carter as my backup CB around the 3rd (67th overall on the big board), but he might be gone as well. I've been reading some scouting reports that have Dupree as a fringe 1st rounder than other reports saying he is a top 15 player, so he's a hard one to judge.

I originally had Smith as my 3rd round pick in a trade up, but Jones (according to the draft board) was sitting right there

Seems everyone is projecting the Bengals at #21 taking an OLB, either Harold or Dupree the most common picks.

Love this mock. I'm a little worried about Dupree and Jones falling where you have them as well and wouldn't mind taking him where you have Ajayi going in the 2nd. I'm a big fan of trading up for White/Cooper or trading back for Strong/DGB/Dupree/Carl Davis at ~25 if Parker, Waynes, and Shelton aren't there at 15.

One question: Gabbert has gone, in your scenario. Do you not think this leaves us a trifle thin at QB?

I love this mock, and really want Byron Jones to be a 49er, but I doubt he is still there at the 69th pick.
