No way we let both Culliver and Cox leave, especially to sign a WR. Baalke is a big advocate of signing his own players and we haven't made any big splashes in FA under his watch....build through the draft sign your own. I don't expect that to change.

It's come up before...granted Smith would be a great addition to the receiving corps. But, he's also one of Flacco's favorite targets and I'm sure the Ravens will do whatever it takes to re-sign him. In fact, I just heard an interview w/John Harbaugh, alluding to just that.
