LZRD_WZRD - Keep in mind that this was his 1st game after the foot injury. At this point there are no other 2014 cut ups available but you can watch every Louisville game online.

Ok. I'll take a look at some other tape. I think you're right, he didn't look 100% in that game. The supposed 4.3 40 time was certainly not on display there

Pro Football Focus
Parker finished the day with eight catches for 214 yards and continues to be so good at winning at the catch point and creating that sliver of separation. We know he wins in the big game, but he is showing off the small game too (yards after the catch) despite suffering a broken foot that forced him out of seven games. Parker had an absurd 16 targets for a 45.7 percent target rate. Was the only receiver on Louisville able to challenge the Florida St. secondary down the field.

TFY Draft Insider
TFY Draft Insider Tony Pauline believes that Louisville senior WR DeVante Parker was the star of the LouisvilleFSU game.
And despite losing the contest Parker was the star of the game. His forty time in pre-draft workouts will determine how early in the top forty Parker is selected. The Cardinals prospect hauled in 8 receptions for 214 yards against a talented FSU secondary. Pauline notes that Parker had both NFL prospects Ronald Darby and P.J. Williams playing back on their heels and twisting in the wind trying to slow him down.

Louisville senior WR DeVante Parker has been nothing short of fantastic over the last two games.
Parker had missed much of the season with a broken foot suffered in late August, but he has come back with a vengeance over the last two games and has already accumulated 347 yards on 17 catches. Brugler wrote that West Virginias Kevin White has emerged as arguably the top senior wideout but Parker has quickly reminded everyone that he is also in the first round discussion. In October Brugler noted that near full health he is one of the most impressive wideouts in the country with his tall frame, speed to stretch the field and wingspan giving him a large catching radius."

It's easier when he's off the line as a flanker, but yeah, I like the suddenness and bit of wiggle here.

What jumps out to me here is his footwork. Look how quick his feet are for someone his size.

We need to move up and take this guy. We have most of our 5 superbowls because of a move like this. Make it happen Baalke!!

I thought my last post posted. I guess not.
I was saying that we will have lots of options in the first round. The more the merrier.

Given our implosion down the stretch. This is one of my favorite picks for us in the first round.

Given our implosion down the stretch, we have a shot at some of the very best at each position. Not the elite talent, but definitely the second tier of first round picks. Eric Reid type of guys that can start from day 1.
