One of the 49ers top scouts attended South Carolina's Pro Day, no telling who they were looking at but its possible that there's some interest in Ellington.

This. SCAR has been kind to the 9ers with Culliver and Lattimore (even if he hasn't played yet) and to the NFL in general so us being there is a no brainer but we could've been there for any of the players.

So, did the 50% rule hold up again? I know 3 (Martin, Skov and Millard) for sure, we had ties too and it sounds like Ward was a visit as well. Anyone else?

I know Harbaugh met with Faulkner, Lynch came in for a visit. I know that the 49ers spoke to Ellington at the Combine but nothing afterwards

A few of these guys such as Johnson and Millard had already met Harbaugh back when he was recruiting for Stanford.

So, so far, 8 of the 19. I'm sure we'll find out a little later of a few more tied to the picks. It sure seems like that 50% rule is holding very accurate thus far.
