Of all those players I'd take Matthews because he's the safest bet (but I think he'll be long gone at 30). I think Cooks will be long gone too.
Realistically, if Matthews were gone I'd take Roby.
1. Matthews
2. Roby
3. ODB Jr.
4. Verrett
5. Roberson
(assuming Cooks is long gone of course).

Don't be surprised to see the 49ers go after a DE like Stephen Tuitt. There are plenty of picks to get WR's and CB's in round 2 and 3 and it is a deep draft for both.
If we don't then a good route to go would be trade back about 6 spots and pick up a 3rd rd pick and then take someone like Verrett or Kyle Fuller. We could then look for a WR at #56 or even trade up a few slots for someone like Jarvis Landry or Donte Moncrief and then we could add another CB like Stanley Jean-Baptiste with our 2nd pick in rd 2 or a Center and we would have 4 picks in round 3 including 2 early picks.

I say corner. 3rd corner in a pass happy league > 4th receiver on a run heavy offense. I'd go 1st Roby 2nd Landry/Moncrief

I wouldn't touch Roby in the first....would be nervous about taking him in the 2nd. Would rather take Kyle Fuller earlier.

Which players do you want?
Me?
If we go CB in the first round I'd take Jason Verrett at 30

And WR Allen Robinson with the first pick in the second round.

Or
WR Martavis Bryant

We also have two second round picks this year #56 and #61 overall.
Do any have the ability to beat Richard Sherman?
Do any have the ability to shut down/slow down Percy Harvin?

This is a very good draft to move back in but it depends on who falls to us.
With all our picks and several needs, SS - C - WR - CB - ? we have so many ways to go, This will be the most interesting draft the 49ers have had in a decade.
