30 CB JUSTIN GILBERT OKLAHOMA STATE
*BPA and Need pick right here.
56 WR DAVANTE ADAMS FRESNO STATE
*Great big WR with speed. Replaces Manningham.
61 DT RA'SHEDE HAGEMAN MINNESOTA
*EPIC steal right here. Raw and inconsistent at times, Tomsula will have another pet project.
77 S AHMAD DIXON BAYLOR
*A reach pick according to his ranking, but addresses a need position.
94 WR JARED ABBREDERIS WISCONSIN
*Sound route runner and great hands. Possession WR in the NFL. Perfect fit for our offense.
125 C BRYAN STORK FLORIDA STATE
*Bit of a reach pick, but addresses a need. BPA at Center.
158 ILB LAMIN BARROW LSU
*Value pick here. Wilhoite and Barrow will compete at the starting ILB spot until Bowman gets healthy.
189 CB ANDRE HAL VANDERBILT
*Late round steal that will most likely make it to the roster.
218 G SPENCER LONG NEBRASKA
*Starting talent that falls due to injury. Redshirt in his rookie year.
219 RB ALFRED BLUE LSU
*RB/FB guy that takes over Dixon's roster spot.
220 CB RICARDO ALLEN PURDUE
*Surprised he's still available. Competes with Morris for the final roster spot.
222 DE LARRY WEBSTER
*Raw talent, but height (6-6) and speed makes him a nice two way player at TE and OLB.
*BPA and Need pick right here.

#30 - CB Justin Gilbert - Oklahoma St [Can start right away or compete with Brock & Culliver at either corner spot]
#56 - ILB Chris Borland - Wisconsin [Surprise pick here. Not sure Bowman will be back 100% if at all. We gotta get some insurance]
#61 - WR Kelvin Benjamin - Florida State [Huge body, great size/speed, good hands, excellent weapon for Kap]
#77 - DT Dominique Easley - Florida [Solid solid depth with TJE and Carradine. Can replace Ray McDonald somewhere down the line]
#94 - CB Stanley Jean-Baptiste - Nebraska [I'm really high on this kid. Similar to Dick Sherman in terms of size/skills. Can play safety too]
#125 - QB David Fales - San Jose State [Will develop into a good backup to Kap. Stability at the #2 QB position is underrated in the NFL]
#158 - C Russell Bodine - North Carolina [Like his nastiness and size. Will come in and compete with Kilgore right away]
#189 - S Darwin Cook - West Virginia [Good character guy, he's basically a younger, cheaper version of Donte Whitner. Grab him even if Whitner is re-signed]
#218 - OLB Chaz Sutton - South Carolina [Another college DE for Jim Leavitt to transform into a pass rushing beast ala Aldon/Lemonier]
#219 - TE Asa Watson - North Carolina State [Intriguing athlete. Brings more depth just in case.]
#220 - WR/RB/KR - Jeremy Gallion - Michigan [Playmaker. Can challenge LMJ on returns and play slot]
#222 - OLB - Prince Shembo - Notre Dame [Special Teams player. Depth]
#56 - ILB Chris Borland - Wisconsin [Surprise pick here. Not sure Bowman will be back 100% if at all. We gotta get some insurance]

He's gonna be a Matchup NIGHTMARE for any defense. 6'6 276 with catching skills and some speed Yikes.
The guy I like would be really cheap, Colt Lyerla. He has had some off the field stuff but was sensational at Oregon as a speed, pass catching TE. Could get him in the 7th or undrafted, but Chip Kelly might try to get him. 6'5 238 with a Vernon Davis mentor, could be a nice fit.

Did 3 rounds. I went with:
30 S HA'SEAN CLINTON-DIX
ALABAMA
56 TE AUSTIN SEFERIAN-JENKINS
WASHINGTON
61 DE KONY EALY
MISSOURI
77 CB KYLE FULLER
VIRGINIA TECH
94 QB TAJH BOYD
CLEMSON
Clinton-Dix steps right in and replaces Whitner, who was slightly better this season but is still a huge liability in coverage. No reason to pay him FA money. LEaves money open to re-sign Brown, who is the better, younger, more valuable player.
Austin Seferian-Jenkins has the size and speed to be the eventual replacement for VD. McDonald was a terrible reach pick, as a catching tight end who has never been good at catching the football. He'll be off the team soon if they get another competent player at that spot and ASJ more than fits the bill.
Ealy is a very good all-around edge guy who can rush the passer and play the run, and would fit at DE or OLB. You can never have too many pass rushers and with the long-term stability of Aldon in question, this would be a good selection
Fuller provides the always-need CB depth, especially if they can't re-sign brown and if they release Rogers (which they should). Had some injury trouble last year or he would have gone higher. Decent CB size (6', 195) and a real competitor.
Boyd is the more controversial pick, but I couldn't pass him up at 94. Team needs QB depth and Boyd is similar enough to Kap that they wouldn't have to re-tailor the offense to fit him. GIve him a year or 2 sitting and learning and he may push for the starting job. And talented backup QBs can net you a lot in trade if you do the right things to show them off.
I didn't get a wideout, but without trading there wasn't any value. Truth be told, I'd probably give up the first rounder, the chief 2nd rounder, and the best 3rd rounder in order to move up and get Watkins if someone was willing to deal. I'd probably add the 2015 first rounder too - I really think he'll be a top 5-10 receiver inside of 3 years.

WR KELVIN BENJAMIN
FLORIDA STATE
BPA and can start right away. Would be a great redzone threat with his size, speed, jumping ability, and wingspan
56
CB KYLE FULLER
VIRGINIA TECH
A versatile DB with the athleticism to cover and the aggressiveness to play the run.
61
S DEONE BUCANNON
WASHINGTON STATE
The #1 rated SS in the draft. Has a great blend of size and speed who loves to make plays and deliver big hits
77
G ANTHONY STEEN
ALABAMA
Displays a combination of quickness, power, and competitiveness could be moved to center
94
WR MARTAVIS BRYANT
CLEMSON
A tall receiver with the ability to stretch the field
125
QB BRETT SMITH
WYOMING
Smith scans the field quickly, works through his reads and does an excellent job recognizing soft spots in coverage pre-snap. Similar athletic abilities to Kap, and Wilson, would be a nice backup and insurance policy to Kap.
158
CB KEITH MCGILL
UTAH
McGill is a tall corner with good speed. Can provide instant depth at the corner spot, may also be able to move to safety
