BJ Daniels as a Russell Wilson clone makes sense.

1:38 mark on his highlight reel is all I needed to see.

Will probably hit the practice squad and be used all over the place.

How is this guy better than Matt Scott? Scott has two first names!!!

This.....this isn't the Vince Papale story, you don't get a guy who's never played a down of football at any level and have him compete at the NFL level, at least not anytime soon enough that it is worth the investment to do so.
I just think you shouldn't waste a draft pick on a player that's definitely going to the practice squad and any other team can steal him. We had him for a visit so if we want we can get him as a priority UDFA
Gill Brandt just predicted us to take him though.

Fragel finally goes. Hope we get our guy Marquardt, but I'm sure he'd pick us in UDFA too.

Fragel goes to the Bengals, so looks like it's Marquardt with one of our last picks or an UDFA.

Matt Barrows @mattbarrows I'm sensing a theme: New 49er B.J. Daniels broke his ankle in November. (He has, however, been able to work out for scouts, incl at WR & RB).
