I do know they need a quality slot CB with all the speedy receivers in the NFC West. I'm liking a trade down followed by the selection of Robert Alford :)

Matt Barkley and Geno Smith both there. Hopefully the Niners can trade out and pick up a great pick for 2014.

Maybe a run on the QBs early next round.

THIS. We can play, "we have the best QB on the board and you'll have to pay a steeper price to get our pick." I perfer them to trade down since there's no body that is worthy of that pick IMO. If they do stay, i prefer them to pick Hunter or Ertz.

FWIW, i think Allen will be selected in teh third round.

Who do you think made the worst pick in the first round?

I have to say Cowboys for making such a reach pick. They needed defense and decided no pieces for Monte for now.
