He will matter more than Madieu and Chilo who are on 1 yr minimum deals, which usually dont count in the formula.
Costanzo will due to 2 yr deal, and he plays STs.
Snyder will get us a 5th, and Costanzo a 7th
Morgan and Manningham wipe each out.

I can't to see the infusion of young talent from the 2012 and 2013 drafts. I truly believe the Jenkins, James, and Cam Johnson picks will be key contributors next season. A few decent pickups in the next draft will set us up for next few seasons. Although all the NFC West teams have good head coaches, the difference is going to be in the front office. Jim Harbaugh will acquire more talent than Foster, Wisenhunt, and Carroll because of Trent Baalke.
