If it makes him a better QB in the NFL yes. If he starts to suck and people make Kaperexcuses no.

No. It looks funky but he still gets the ball out quick.
This. Check the Sports Science video. While his release may look odd or appear throw, the time between his lock on and throw is really short.
Exactly. His throwing motion may not be "ideal", but even Harbaugh concededs that it's not so much the style as it is what the ball does when it's released, how fast the QB processes what he sees and how fast the resultant throw gets to it's mark, etc. According to that video and Kap's results in actual games, he seems to get it out quickly enough, with great accuracy and power. Do you really want to mess too much with that? I think not. Refine it, sure. Improve it, if you can, yeah, as long as you aren't trying to fix what ain't broke. Many Webzoners seem to have a much bigger problem with this than our coaches. I think more attention should be given to the mental part of the pro game than fiddling with his delivery. He'll have plenty to process as it is.
To quote Bill Walsch: "I am not going to change what is not broken."
Let's wait and see whether he is broken at this level first.
