I read somewhere that there won't be a draft at all if there is no season, the players would likely just declare for the next draft, loading it up with talent

I honestly believe there is NO way there won't be a season. The league would lose billions of dollars. Each owner would lose hundreds of millions of dollars. There is no way they let that happen. As it is the league is holding out to get a couple billion more then they have gotten in previous years. They are not going to give up 5 billion in the hopes of getting 1 billion. It makes no sense for anyone involved, not to mention the long term damage it could do to marketing and fan appeal.
Sorry, I don't mean to post something that belongs in the CBA thread but the draft order next year is going to depend on teams records in 2011.
