With the precarious CBA position will we pick a QB in round 1?

It appears increasingly unlikely that an agreement on the the CBA will be sorted by draft day, leaving both trading and free agency options in limbo. At least IMO this improves the chance of a QB being selected in round 1, since I find it unlikely that Harbaugh/Baalke will risk heading into 2011 with Carr and a late round developmental prospect as the only options at QB.

The only way we go QB at 7 is if Baalke feels the value is there and Harbaugh likes the kid.

I doubt the CBA will have any impact on the decision. These guys are pros. I'm sure their looking past next season with this decision. Especially since a possible lockout means there might not even be a 2011 season. It makes no sense to base any decision this important on what's best for 2011.
