Pretty much a foregone conclusion. Unless he thought by playing next year he'd be able to show himself to be a top tier LT prospect and get drafted top 5, he'd be missing out on a year of making millions by staying in college.

We've got an excellent chance of getting a top OT now with Bulaga, Williams, Davis, Okung, and Campbell being in the draft pool!

That's true. So let's risk losing our desperately needed OT on the offchance that we pick up a good player with it. Because that is all it is, an offchance.

Call me crazy, but I would take the corn fed Iowa player over the work out warrior OT from Maryland.

This is awesome news, Niners can take BPA at 13, if that is OT, great, if not, grab best OT left (Bulaga?) at 17.
