No Trade Mock Picking an Edge at 27

27. DE Akheem Mesidor - I have a somewhat heavy OL first round, with Sadiq and the three Safeties also chosen before #27, allowing DE to slide a bit. Keldric Faulk, Cashius Howell and Malachi Lawrence are on the board and Lynch opts for Mesidor. If Mesidor is gone I would not be surprised if they pick Lawrence.
58. OT Austin Barber - They reach a bit for a guy who can plug in at LG until Trent Williams retires. At this spot I see the desired WRs picked before #58.
127. DE Jaishawn Barham - They double up on DE for a guy with good upside.
133. WR De'Zhaun Stribling - X receiver with good size and hands to be the understudy for Evans.
138. TE Sam Roush - Primarily a plus blocking TE who will help in the run game.
139. RB J'Mari Taylor - Additional depth at RB who is an overall impressive RB that needs to improve his blocking.

I didn't see a Safety worth taking in Round 4 so expect a veteran signing at S.

That might be a little early for Barber, but with no third round pick it wouldn't surprise me. Otherwise, I wouldn't hate this draft. I'm starting to buy into the buzz that the team would go with Lawrence at 27. He had a 1.59 10 yard split, and you know how much Kocurek loves D-linemen that have explosive get off (GTFO).

i like Brian Parker or Dunker more than Barber in 2nd round. They both dont have the ability to play LT but both are great LG.
Not sure Barham or Stribling and honestly if they don't take OT in the first (and I'm only down for Max) I'm punting on the position unless we get some trade down extra picks.

Barber at 58 is too rich for me.

There's a lot of buzz that Barham and Stribling will be day 2 picks and both could go in the 2nd round.
Trent Williams two-year deal probably means they won't look for a future tackle with the first two picks either so I need to re-do this draft. I might be inclined to take someone like S Jalen Kilgore in Round 2 instead of Barber.
