I don't dislike Johnson, I just don't think they will burn a bunch of picks to move up for a S. Could be wrong though. Not sure they restructure CMC at this pt to add more vets.

It's All good to keep adding DL but at what point do you add better than backup OL. Williams is still great but he did miss time last year due to injuries. Trading Deebo and 1st Rd pick next year could net a future #1 or 2 behind Aiyuk and an OL all while saving $23 million. RT must be addressed this off-season.

I can agree with moving up for an OT especially if Harrison falls, I really like Johnson obviously and think he reminds me of Jaquan Brisker from last year. I don't understand why he's fallen so much in mocks, he's be a steal in the 60s, yeah my take is the only way they do restructure CMC is to add a pass rushing vet like Houston. It'll be a perfect rotation with Houston, Jackson, Ferrell I think, thoughts on the rest ?

CMC- restructure
Bosa- 5 yrs 30 million annually
both could save around 15 million.
Free Agents signed
Justin Houston 1 yr 7 million
Trades
3rd and 5th this year, 3rd and 5th next year to move up in the late 50s
6th and 7th this year to move up to early 6th
2023 NFL DRAFT
RD 2 - S out of Texas A&M Antonio Johnson, for some reason he has fallen to the mid-late 2nd rd and I think he'll be a steal !
RD 3 - OT out of Pitt Carter Warren
RD 3 - CB out of TCU Trevius-Hodges Tomlinson ( reminds me of DJ Reed)
RD 5 - OG out of USC Andrew Vorhees
RD 5 - TE out of Alabama Cameron Latu
RD 6 - DE out of Nebraska Ochuan Mathis
RD 7 - CB out of UAB Starling Thomas V ( might be gone earlier )
RD 7 RB out of ASU Xavian Valladay
RD 7 LB out out Arkansas Bumper Pool
UDFA
Malik Cunningham QB ( can play the role of rush QBs in practice)
Deruis Davis WR
Dom Perterson DT
2024 1st two rounds
TRADE 1st rd and two thirds to move up and get
RD 1 WR out of OSU Emeka Egbuka
regardless is it's Aiyuk or Deebo gone we have a future star in Egbuka to fill in.
RD 2 DB out of Alabama Malachi Moore, plays everywhere but I think will be the 3rd S behind Hufanga and Johnson and fight for the slot DB,
Ward, Lenoir, Oliver, Tomlinson, Moore, Thomas, Womack is a nice CB room.
Thoughts ? And Thanks.

Very true about trading Deebo, I didn't even think of the return, so if they have two 1st next year then I'd absolutely use 1 for an OT, this year it's difficult to address a definite starting RT bc the top 4 available will be long gone by our pick even if we trade up, after the top 4 the rest are unknown if they are starters day 1. But I do understand you can find a diamond in the rough in drafts so all I just said might be irrelevant. I truly think Mckivitz will be a good starter, while a 3rd rd rookie ( Carter Warren ) will be groomed and Pryor is the swing this year.
Next year if Deebo or Aiyuk is not traded then OT should be a definite in the 1st.
