Why cut Jimmy G? I'm sure he could at least fetch a draft pick trade.

Two things:
Niners could trade Jimmy G to the Pats, Bears, or Bears rather than just cut him.
Jamal Adams will be re-signed by the Seahawks. He showed enough before he got hurt to get paid, not to mention they gave up a ton of draft picks to get him. Your other signings are all past their prime. Not a chance.

Id rather sign Sherman over Peterson. Even though Sherman has been hurt this season, I think we would be cheaper, is a better leader, and fits the system better. If anything Id be down to pony up the cash to get both of Peterson and Sherman, let Eman walk. Eman has been getting manhandled this season.
Adams would be nice but yeah, Seahaws for sure going to keep him. He is their defensive MVP by far.
Clowney is meh. Rotational guy so cash would have to be right.

Love the draft and other moves though! I think every analyst knows that Shanahan is zero'd in on Wilson for QB

I hope you are right about this. Part of me thinks Shanahan wants all the credit so he avoids star quarterbacks

Trade Jimmy G and Jimmy Ward. Trade for young QB. There will be bidding war for Wilson. Try to sign Alex Mack and Anthony Villanueva as 2 yr fill ins. Focus this draft on OL. Alijah Vera-Tucker from USC, Christian Darrisaw from VA tech, or Josh Myers from Ohio State. Lots of good CBs in this draft as well
