all it would take is for Burrow to say, NO ON CINCY... would not even be surprise if Cincy had always love Tua anyway... so why not trade out and get three 1st rounders.. it's not like Burrow will take them to the Super Bowl this year, draft as much talent as they can, allow Tua to sit and even play some mop up duty and sign a veteran like Keenum. ..
