If he pulls a Favre it would be great to have Brady for a year. I do think Lance is the future, I don't think he is ready to lead this team to win the Super Bowl. I assume the Lance needs to play now crowd may not agree but I don't see how it can hurt him sitting behind Tom for a year. I wonder what it would take to get the Bucs to move him and play one more year for his childhood team. We have a roster capable of winning the Super Bowl next season with Brady.
