Dre doesn't move the needle but if he stops DJ from breaking the compass you take it and hope for the best.

What's crazy is Dontae will still be on the team 🤣

Did u guys watch the CB's from the Chiefs and Bucs the last 2 superbowl champions? Complete garbage. U don't need pro bowl caliber corners in this league to win.

Partly agree. As long as the front 7 can pressure, it'll help the secondary. Let's hope the pass rush improves when Kinlaw comes back.

Or the refs start calling offensive holding

Yeah, a good pass rush makes up for a lot of things.

Best case is they rarely play and help the younger CBs with just mentoring them.

The next 4 or 5 games are critical. We got Philly, GB, Sea, and AZ. Your not gonna put young guys in to cover Hopkins, Adams, Lockette, or Woods. I just hope we have a top 3 offense this year, gonna need it.

The only guy on this roster that was gonna slow down Hopkins and Metcalf just blew up his knee. Now we gotta do some hardcore time of possession ball against those teams

Who has been shutting down Hopkins and metcalf?

There's only so much we can do without a trade. Demo will hopefully a good player and Kirkpatrick has to be at least a bit better than Johnson. Divisional games are gonna be a b***h.

Or maybe drafting better. So glad we have Banks and not Samuel.

All the calls and the league is structured for the offense. Detroit held the entire game yesterday and it was called 1 time.
Mosely/Lenior/Norman/Kirkpatrick

Kyle has gotta complain more. We are a team built around the Dline. Not calling holding affects us more than the average team.

Exactly correct and lord knows there are a lot of holds that aren't called, no one can block Bosa or Ford 1 on 1 so it's they are either beat or held basically

Verrett when he was healthy erased those 2. The Cards kept sending Hopkins at Verrett and he handled him. Metcalf was shut out the first half then the Seahawks stop sending him field side and had him play only on the boundary.
