Zadarius Smith would help the run defense and the pass rush defense. Good contract for 2 yrs. Jonathan mingo would be ideal wr for the offense. Bigger younger way less expensive deebo. Jack Conklin could be an upgrade to the right side of the ol. Several DT can also upgrade the interior dl. Help with the run defense.

5th rd for smith and a 6th conditional 5th for mingo would be ideal. 49ers could get more than that for deebo. 2 for 1 trade. Houston needs a wr and ryans would very likely trade for deebo. Patriots would also like to add deebo . to mention the savings of cap space and both are under contract for more than 1 yr. A 3rd rd pick could also land a talented cb. Davison Igbinosun from osu could add size, speed, and tackling. Way too many options at this point. Hope a move is made for depth or next yrs draft.

Russini notes that the 49ers are looking to add help on defense and the team is aware of Godchaux's availability via trade. While it's unclear if anything will materialize before Tuesday's trade deadline, San Francisco certainly fits the mold as a team that wouldn't mind taking on Godchaux's salary and parting with draft picks given where the 49ers are in their contention window. Russini also notes that New England is open to trading receivers Tyquan Thornton and Kendrick Bourne as well as safety Kyle Dugger.

Bleacher Report's Jordan Schultz reports teams are calling the Saints about CB Marshon Lattimore.

The four-time Pro Bowl corner is currently sidelined with a legitimate hamstring injury that may bog down any potential trade talks. Lattimore has two pass breakups and 30 combined tackles across six games this year. The Saints will likely cling to their meager playoff hopes with a win versus Carolina this week, making a Lattimore trade unlikely, even if it makes the most sense for the organization. A loss to the Panthers, on the other hand, could force the Saints to be sellers as Tuesday's deadline approaches.
