Probably not enough per year/guaranteed to be a third. Probably 4th

Yeah but we still have to wait until everything is said and done because who we sign matters as well and washes out who we lose.

Would offer some great flexibility in the secondary

I've been looking for twitter news all week on the safeties especially Justin Simmons. it seems he wants a big contract. Eagle fans constantly posting to sign him wee annoying. it was starting to seem like we should look at Julian Blackmon. He's younger but had some injury issues.
He then went to visit Buffalo and seemed like he was going to sign. They then signed someone else.
i was hoping maybe we convinced him to to come visit here and not sign there. We don't know the details but he's coming here to visit. .

Thanks for the post. It makes it more clearer to me why Simmons hasn't signed yet, but I wonder what he wants? Blackmon just makes me nervous because he's had some injuries, I do like his range and don't get me wrong I think he would be a good addition. I think Blackmon is rated the second best Safety available in free agency, could it be teams are worried about his injury history?
