Nope.

why?

If we're trading for a WR, I'd rather get a true #1. Just don't think he is one.

A "true #1" is gonna cost a ton in draft capital and money, I also don't think there's one available.

Sanders would be amazing in this offense.
Hoping either Pettis or Deebo can step it up soon.

How much of the salary do the 49ers pick up if they traded for Sanders? And couldn't the 49ers work out a long term deal when they trade for him, say another two to three years to save them some cap?
I can't see how this guy provides us any value over what we already have. We have to aim higher.

Well it's the only receiver I've seen the 9ers linked to, that's why I ask. I agree with you but who's available for a reasonable price right now? Would love it if Julio Jones was on the block, but no way they trade him.

Mohammed Sanu or AJ Green if Bengals change course to rebuild? Not sure who else could become available we could get

Gotta see what AJ Green's asking price is, and go from there.

Got to also imagine that as the weeks go by, and teams keep losing, some players will have to available to shed their contracts. OBJ comes to mind as well.

Also, these losing teams have to be realistic about their asking price. The more they lose, the more their value plummets.

Honestly, IF and I mean IF OBJ is available, I think they could get that done as long as they don't want two 1st round picks. It doesn't sound like Cincy wants to trade AJ Green, then again Cleveland hasn't said anything about OBJ. But I would imagine that if Green were on the block it wouldn't take no where near a 1st or 2nd round pick. I don't think anyone is gonna give that up.

Agreed. But like I said, despite Cinci's stance on this, the more they lose, the higher the probability of a trade. It does not make economical sense to keep him on the team if they continue this way.

We can get him cheap. Great route runner. Great separation. Doesn't drop many balls. And he gets hurt a lot lately.
If none of our WR's come off IR, i'd consider it, but by then could be too late.

I'm telling ya if SF does go after a WR it's more than likely gonna be Sanders. Knows the offense, Lynch/Elway are bros, and they can get a comp pick in a yr. He's kyle's type of WR

Nailed it Ghost!! Sanders is a fantastic route runner and has sure hands. He'd be an immediate impact player in this offense. I'd much rather have Sanders than say Green.
